There's about 4 different types of guitar called an NJ Mockingbird - some are neck-thru, others are bolt-on, some have kahlers and some have tune o matics, some have rosewood and some have ebony.įrom what i've learned they were made in Japan and had Gotoh hardware (what you find on ESP guitars), occasionally DiMarzio humbuckers were stock but mostly they're Gotoh-made humbuckers and are the general nasally 80s high-output things that people were doing back then. BCR seemed to have a lot of guitars in the NJ series with very similar names.
